Thank you for shopping with PawsStride. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
- United States: 7–14 business days
- Canada: 7–14 business days
- Australia: 7–14 business days
- New Zealand: 7–14 business days
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £40. Orders below £40 are subject to a standard shipping fee calculated at checkout.
Shipping Carriers
We work with trusted international shipping carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status in real time through the carrier's website.
Delays and Disruptions
While we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delivery times are not guaranteed. Occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to:
- International customs and border processing times
- Carrier operational delays or high volume periods
- Adverse weather conditions or natural events
- Global supply chain or logistics disruptions
- Public holidays in the destination country
In the event of a delay, we will do our best to keep you informed and resolve any issues as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 21 business days before contacting us about a delayed order, as international shipments occasionally take longer than estimated.
Customs and Import Duties
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or inspection fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. PawsStride has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. PawsStride is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realise you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us at support@pawsstride.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within 21 business days of the expected delivery date, please contact us at support@pawsstride.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will investigate promptly and offer a replacement or full refund where appropriate.
