30-Day Money Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all orders. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. No lengthy explanations required.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Your return request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging where possible
- You must provide proof of purchase — your order confirmation email or order number
- Products that have been opened may still be eligible for a refund under our satisfaction guarantee at our discretion
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Orders returned after 30 days of the delivery date
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage by the customer
- Orders with an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a return or refund, please follow these steps:

- Step 2 — Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions
- Step 3 — Follow the return instructions provided by our team
- Step 4 — Once your return is received and reviewed, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refund Processing
Once your refund has been approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account — this is outside our control.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@pawsstride.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Subscription Orders
For subscription orders, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us at support@pawsstride.com. Cancellations made before the next billing date will prevent future charges. Already processed subscription orders are subject to the standard 30-day refund policy above.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 7 business days of approval, please take the following steps:
- Check your bank account or card statement again
- Contact your bank or card issuer as processing times vary between institutions
- If you have done both and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@pawsstride.com and we will investigate immediately
